Living in Atlanta certainly has its joys, fun and adventures. But one of our negatives is traffic. Its Badddddddd! What is even worse is our idiot drivers. So, here is a "PoP" quiz. Traffice is really backed up and now you are approaching an intersection. The traffic signal facing you is flashing yellow. What do you do? Do 1-stop and yeild to other cars. 2-stop and consider it a 4 way stop sign or 3-proceed with caution? If you picked #1 or #2 YOU ARE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The correct answer is "Proceed With Caution." don't believe me, look it up. Unless there is a policeman directing traffic, you do not stop but proceed through the intersection with caution. Stopping can cause you to be hit in the rear.

Maybe everyone should take a refresher course in Atlanta before driving again.
